Introducing the LeftForward Platform
Every campaign has a moment that matters more than the rest — the doorstep conversation that could win or lose a vote, the debate exchange that becomes the clip everyone shares, the pitch that either lands or falls flat. Until now, there's been nowhere to rehearse that moment before it counts for real.
The LeftForward Platform is that rehearsal space. It lets organisers, candidates and volunteers practise the arguments that matter against a simulated public built from real respondents, not invented personas or demographic guesswork. Every reaction you get, from a doorstep sceptic to a hostile panel, is grounded in how a real person actually thinks and talks. The platform makes clear from the outset: this isn't a poll, and it doesn't predict vote share. It shows you how an argument behaves against real views, in real time.
Persuasion: have the hard conversation here first
This is the one-to-one room — the doorstep, the phone bank, the petition ask, the volunteer recruitment pitch. You choose who you're talking to and what you're asking for, and the platform puts you in front of someone modelled on a respondent, who reacts the way that undecided, slightly sceptical voter does: not hostile for its own sake, just busy, and quick to disengage from anything generic or pushy. Because the reactions are anchored in someone's actual views rather than a stereotype, what you learn in the room transfers to the voter you'll meet on the actual doorstep.
When the conversation ends, you get a debrief — a read on your rapport, your listening, how well you adapted to the person in front of you, and whether your ask landed at the right moment. A tough conversation isn't automatically a bad score; the point is to see what worked.
Debate: practise the exchange that goes out live
This is the broadcast room — hustings, interviews, televised debates. You bring your position, a moderator runs the session, and — in Debate mode — an opponent grounded in documented party positions pushes back. A live panel, built from respondents rather than a simulated "average voter," reacts round by round as the exchange unfolds — so the pushback and the reactions you get are the same kind an audience would give you. Nothing here is invented on the fly: the opponent defends positions that party has actually taken, and the panel responds the way people respond.
You walk away with a clear read on what worked, what didn't, and which moments moved the room.
Beyond the two rooms
LeftForward partners also get access to the broader SimAI suite of research tools sitting behind the platform — built on that same principle of testing against people rather than assumptions about them. Where Persuasion and Debate train people to have conversations, these tools let a campaign pressure-test an idea before it goes anywhere near a voter — a message, a policy position, a piece of creative — against an audience of respondents, in minutes rather than weeks.
That audience is genuinely pan-European. Campaigns can test EU-wide or drill into a specific country in the European Union, the Western Balkans, Moldova, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom.
